I am a professional and friendly counsellor based in Rochester, Kent. I offer in-person and online counselling for adults over 18 with a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationships, and also the challenges of neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism.
Life presents us with a wide range of difficulties—whether they manifest as dilemmas, distress, or periods of sadness. In my practice, I create a calm, supportive space where you’re free to discuss whatever’s on your mind—without pressure or judgement.
My core therapeutic approach is Person-Centred therapy, developed by the leading psychologist Carl Rogers. This humanistic approach emphasizes the client's experience and potential for growth and change. Additionally, I work integratively, blending different therapies to best support your unique needs.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss how my counselling services can assist you.
I also provide flexibility around sessions, giving you the option to attend fortnightly rather than weekly, if that suits you. Therapy can be offered on both a short term or long term basis.
I have particular experience in supporting individuals with the following:
I also specialise in helping adults navigate the life challenges of ADHD and other neurodivergence.
